We highly recommend scheduling the shoot within 7-14 days after the arrival of your baby.
It depends on your baby! Some little ones need extra snuggles, feeding, or soothing. On average, it takes about 2-3 hours, but we’ll roll with whatever your baby needs to keep things calm and happy.
We’ll send you a preview gallery with our favorite shots from the session (uploaded to Dropbox) within 1-3 days. From there, you can pick your favorites to be fully edited—easy peasy!
Editing usually takes about 14-21 working days after selection of photos. We promise it’ll be worth the wait!
Sorry, we don’t provide RAW or unedited files. Editing is where the magic happens, and it’s how we make your photos look their absolute best!
Your baby’s safety is our #1 priority. We use safe poses and setups and make sure everything is cozy and secure. Plus, a parent or guardian will always be there to assist if needed. You’re in great hands!
Life happens! If anything throws us off track, we’ll do our best to adjust and make the session work.
We just need a comfy space about 2.4m by 2.4m, ideally near a power socket. Keeping the room moderately air-conditioned will help your baby stay comfy and content during the shoot.
Absolutely! Babies run the show during newborn sessions, so it’s best to keep your day free. This way, we can take breaks as needed for feeding, soothing, and cuddles.
We recommend feeding your baby right before or about 30 minutes before we arrive. A full tummy and a fresh diaper = a happy, sleepy baby, which makes for smooth sailing during the session.
If grandparents are joining, give them a heads-up that the goal is to keep the baby asleep for most of the session. It’s a bit different from a traditional family shoot, but we’ll handle your baby with care—because we’re parents too!
If you have opted for the package with family/siblings, stick with neutral or light-colored outfits—they photograph beautifully and keep the spotlight on your baby. Try to avoid busy patterns like checkers or stripes and save the bold colors for another day.
